1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products purchased during special clearance sales (if marked non-returnable).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability and product eligibility.
7. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
